Premium Data Enrichments

What are Premium Data Enrichments?

Premium Data Enrichments are additional data columns that Regrid appends to parcel records beyond the core parcel schema. While our standard parcel data comes directly from county assessor and GIS offices, enrichments are derived from third-party datasets and Regrid's own processing — giving you deeper context about each parcel in a single, joined dataset.

Each enrichment is a distinct data product covering a specific domain:

  • Standardized Land Use (LBCS) — Parcel land use codes normalized to the Land Based Classification Standards framework, making land use comparable across counties and states.
  • Cropland Data Layer (CDL) — USDA crop type classifications mapped to parcels, identifying what is being grown on agricultural land.
  • ROW Flag within Parcel Schema — Flags identifying parcels that are likely rights-of-way such as roads, railways, utilities, and waterways.
  • Demographic — Census-derived demographic data joined to parcels by geography.
  • USPS Codes — Address validation and deliverability codes from USPS processing.
  • Stacked Parcels — Identification of parcels with duplicate geometries, common in condo and multi-owner situations.
  • Parcel Elevation — Elevation data associated with each parcel centroid.
  • Risk Rating — Property risk scores covering hazards such as flood, fire, and wind.
  • Transmission Line Distance — Distance from each parcel to the nearest electrical transmission line.

Enrichments are available as additional columns in your parcel data delivery. Not all enrichments are available for every county or geography — coverage varies by product. Contact [email protected] to learn which enrichments are available for your area of interest.
