ll_row_parcel — Regrid Right-of-Way Parcel Flag

Description: A Regrid provided flag that indicates a Right-Of-Way parcel or similar function parcel. The value provided is the primary reason the parcel was flagged as a ROW parcel.

Use it for: Flags if this looks like a roadway, water, or similar right-of-way parcel. These often can be excluded from analysis.

How it's made: Flagged by automatic and human methods. See documentation for details.

Coverage: Filled only when parcel is a ROW. Very fiew parcels are ROWs See ll_row_parcel_pct in the live Coverage Report CSV.

transmission_line_distance — Distance to Nearest Transmission Line

Description: Sourced from HIFLD; provides the distance in meters from the parcel boundary to the nearest relatively high voltage (69kv - 765kv) electric transmission line as available within the Homeland Infrastructure Foundation-Level Data (HIFLD) Transmission Line dataset (https://hifld-geoplatform.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::transmission-lines/about)

Use it for: Tells you how far the parcel is from a high-voltage transmission line. Useful for industrial, datacenter, and similar applications where a large amount of power is needed
