Starter

Starter accounts are free - no credit card required.

With a Starter account, you are limited to viewing 25 property details per day; you also don't get access to any of the mapping tools. However, it is a good way to start your Regrid journey - and for some light users, it may be enough to get what they need. You can always upgrade if desired later on.

Here’s what you can do with a Starter account:

• Nationwide parcel viewer - Look up 25 parcels per day, anywhere we have data.
• Browse around the map
• Switch and toggle between satellite and street view.

Pro

Pro accounts are $10/mo (or $100/year), and are the best choice for individual users of the Property App. You get open access to all of the tools and functionality.

Some of the highlights of Pro:

• 1,000 property lookups per day
• Mobile + web access
• Follow properties and get notified when things change
• Draw focus areas
• Filter & Style maps
• Layers like FEMA Flood zones, wetlands, elevation contours, and more
• Import your spreadsheets of property data
• Export data in spreadsheet or spatial formats.
  • With your Pro account, you get 5k rows of spreadsheet data free per month - beyond that, per-parcel pricing.
• Set up a survey for large-scale data collection, or leave notes and photos on individual properties

Team

Team accounts are for super-users of the Property App, and for those who want to work collaboratively with others on their team. Cost is $20/month per user (ie a 2-seat account would be $40/mo).

Team subscriptions get everything in Pro, plus:

• Doubled property lookups (2,000/day)
• Unlimited projects and focus areas
• Access to premium data fields

Pro feature caps

There are caps on some of our features in Pro - if you find yourself running into these regularly, please consider upgrading to a Team account. This will provide you the ability to add additional users to your account for collaboration as well as expanded download permissions, and unlimited follows, focus areas, datasets, and projects.

• Two concurrent logins using the same credentials (ie you can be logged in on phone and on web at the same time, but you can't be logged in simultaneously on your work computer, your home laptop, and your phone all at once)
