API	New Feature: Itemized Detailed Usage Endpoint Introducing an itemized Detailed Usage API endpoint for customers who are provisioned for the United States and Canada. This new change will allow users to see the breakdown of usage between the two different countries. This will expand to include the detailed usage for all countries when new countries are added to Regrid.	03.13.2026
Feature Service	New Feature: Regrid Verse Metadata We’ve added the Regrid Verse Metadata table for the USA as a new layer to the Feature Service, providing instant access to data currency for all 3,222 counties and county-equivalents across the USA and Puerto Rico. Mobile App	New Feature: Add Photos to Saved Properties In this update we released a much-requested feature: now you can add photos to saved properties along with notes. Improvement: Related Properties Show in Preview When a user taps a property, they can now see related properties (ie shared ownership) right in the parcel preview. The UI change surfaces that info and makes it easier to use. Improvement: UI Redesign The team has been working on improvements both to the UI of the “parcel details” panes and to expand functionality around saved properties. This refresh of the UI devotes more space to the map, and a new toolbar concept provides a place for easy access to notes or photos on a property. The previous “Follow” button was large and took up the entire bottom of the screen when a property was tapped. We have moved to a smaller button with a star icon; same functionality, more efficient use of space. Design improvements/standardization for pretty much every panel in the app. Easier to use, and better foundation for forthcoming features. New “Highlights” section at the top of parcel details when user swipes up, containing the most-used fields. Quick access, less scrolling required to find common data points.	1.85.0
Web App	Improvement: Export Small Numbers of Parcels Previously, users had to select enough properties to meet the minimum $1 amount required for a transaction, typically around 10 parcels, in order to export. This improvement removes that minimum - you can now, if you wish, export a single parcel for $1.	03.12.2026
Web App	Improvement: Export Tech Upgrade Switched to GDAL as the translator library to generate exports. This will make Exports faster, more reliable, and opens the door to providing a greater range of file formats in the future. Bug Fix: Report Data Issue Users flagged for us that there had been a regression: the “Report Parcel Data Issue” button wasn’t working. The fix fully restores preexisting functionality.	03.23.2026
